- Why do tasks have to by marked as billable? Wouldn't it be sufficient to collect efforts on tasks and finally look, which task have efforts?
- Limitting the user-interface so booking efforts allowed to only some tasks might make the interface more complex

Billable mark =
Some tasks on a project may be internal, or not agreed with the client. Such tasks need to be recorded, but not billed.
By default, all tasks could have the billable mark auto set on them, and the project manager would then be able to adjust the setting later on.
This is unrelated to efforts for a task: It's a simple utility to specify who pays the bill for the efforts done.

User interface
The complexity of the interface is an issue. The default interface in NetOffice was horribly crowded. The same problem is present in Streber. The user interface needs a thought.
