Difference between Phases and Tasks
I don't relly understand the concept of netoffice2.x phases. I personally think that most of this can be done with hierarchical tasks. Please help to enlighten me ;-)

With hierarchical tasks there is no need for phases from an implementation point of view. Semantically however, we need to mark phases or perhaps a more apropiate word like milestone. Basicly milestones can be used to mark a due date or to group task needed for the release of a next version.
Milestones are definately needed. For me "milestones" are a list of tasks, grouped with some extra-information. In the 2.x version the simulanouse usage of "tasks", "milestones" and "phases" makes things pretty diffuse and hard to explain.
